Free Videography Program

Magical Memories Productions offers small organizations, churches and schools videography of their events at no cost.

All we ask is that we are granted permission to set up a table in a prominent location during the event
and offer copies of the video for sale on DVD.

Upon request, we will provide a full-length DVD of one of our previous programs for your review. Contact us for a free copy or with any additional questions that you may have.

~ There is no cost to the business or organization.

~ No minimum sales requirement.

~ No contract for a per-show basis, but we can be contracted for multiple programs.

~ Complimentary DVD of the event will go to the organization.

~ Cost of final DVD ranges from $15.00 to $40.00 depending upon the length
of the event

~ Events are shot with two 3CCD Video cameras.

~ Order forms are available from us via email, (in most cases, as early as three weeks before the show), to "get the word out" about the DVD availabilty.

~ If our schedule allows, we attend any program rehearsals or run-throughs to better place our cameras and get a "feel" for the program.

~ If the program is being presented multiple times, we may tape more than one - allowing us to choose from the best footage / performance.

~ If provided to us, the order forms may contain the school or organization's logo to show their endorsement for providing our service to their patrons.

~ Every attempt is made to be sure that each participant receives "camera time" on the final video.

~ While numerous angles and close-ups are taped, we make every effort to preserve choreography.

~ DVD cases are personalized with the participant's name at no extra charge.

~ All artwork is professionally designed and tailored to each program.

~ Most DVDs contain professionally designed menus for song / scene selection.

~ DVD discs are direct-printed in color.

~ "Credit rolls" contain the names of all participants (if provided by the event coordinators).

~ In most cases, the final event DVD is presented in stereo.

~ Timetable for completion of final product is usually within 6 weeks after event date. Longer processing times may occur during busier seasons. (December & May).

~ Orders are mailed directly to customers upon completion.

To qualify for this program, we ask the following -

For audio capture - a "line level" output signal in 1/8", 1/4", XLR or RCA plug form directly from the event sound system containing all source tracks used for the event be available. At our discretion, we may also utilize our own audio recording system in addition to this.

An electrical outlet is available for our use.

The program booklet or guide handed out or sold to patrons contain an ad provided
by Magical Memories Productions (**this is not required for public school-sponsored events**).

Magical Memories Productions retains all creative rights to final DVD edit.

The cast, performances and program order or "run-down" be provided to Magical Memories Productions
for reference when editing (this can be in the form of a program).

A CD or digital file of all musical accompaniment be provided for soundtrack enhancement.
